Career | Training programme   Everyone at Alan Baxter is given the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills in existing areas, acquire new skills and extend their knowledge of new advances, discoveries and developments in their field. We operate in a highly interactive way. Our lectures and seminars are stimulating and provide a sound base to the professional development of the staff. Our bursary fund provides support to those who are able to take further education and training courses. Technical seminars are run on an academic trimester system for graduates and other recent joiners. However, they are open to anyone interested in the subject matter and cover professional, technical and design development.
