Aylesbury Garden Town Masterplan
Designation as one of the Government’s first three Garden Towns is a transformational opportunity for Aylesbury to become greener, more resilient and more successful for the benefit of existing and future residents and the environment.
Alan Baxter is preparing a 2050 Vision and Masterplan for Aylesbury Garden Town, developed through extensive consultation with stakeholders and residents. The emerging Masterplan is a comprehensive, town-wide plan which co-ordinates the delivery of new garden communities, green infrastructure, sustainable movement networks, economic and social objectives and the regeneration of the town centre. The Masterplan is underpinned by a Framework and Infrastructure SPD.
Alan Baxter is providing project management, urban design, landscape design, movement engineering and, stakeholder engagement and co-ordinating the input of our sub-consultants Hatch, Soundings and Prior & Partners.
